How to set it up
- Pick the app
Open MacDupl and choose CapCut from the list of apps installed on your Mac. - Name and colour it
Call it “Work”, “Personal” or a client's name, and give it one of nine icon tints. - Hit Create
About two seconds later there's a new CapCut in your Dock — sign into the second CapCut account — drafts stay in that instance's own private Movies folder.

Are my drafts kept separate?
Yes. Each instance gets its own private Movies folder, which is where CapCut stores drafts and login state.
I thought sandboxed apps couldn't be cloned?
Most can't. App Store sandboxed apps carry team-provisioned entitlements and a shared container, which blocks cloning. CapCut's direct-download build sandboxes itself voluntarily, so an instance runs unsandboxed in its own isolated home.
